So can you freeze this sugar cookie dough? Yes, you absolutely can! If it&#039;s just going  to be a couple days, feel free to wrap it up and store it in the refrigerator, but if it&#039;s going to be longer, I&#039;d suggest wrapping it up and storing it in the freezer.
